Return, refunds and cancellation policy
We are truely happy to receive your support by shopping with us at BOHEMIA HOME but understand that for whatever the reason on some occasions your selected product is not suitable. Our customers loyalty and satisfaction if the highest priority for us. Please read the below returns, refund & cancellation policy below. 

Returns
Please return any purchases in their original condition within 7 days of receiving them, in their original undamaged packaging, for an exchange or store credit should the product not suit your environment.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and have all tags attached. Please take special care to ensure the item is packaged carefully for its return journey to ensure it isn't damaged when we receive it. BOHEMIA HOME reserves the right to deny a credit if the item is not returned in the specified condition. Please ensure you list your name clearly on the package so we are aware who returned it.

We only offer refunds for faulty goods that do not match the description or do not perform their function. For all other returns, we provide store credit or vouchers.

Please email us at hello@bohemiahome.com.au to inform us of your return. Original shipping and freight charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns, and we do not cover the return cost of shipping for change-of-mind purchases.


Refunds
We only offer refunds for faulty goods that do not match the description or do not perform to their function. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you about the status of your refund. If it is approved, we will initiate a refund to you. 

Please email us to hello@bohemiahome.com.au and include clear photos if any damage and specific details about the damage within 3 days of receiving the goods and return the item within 7 days.


Damaged Goods
It is the buyers responsibility to inspect the goods within 48 hours of delivery. We must be notified via email to hello@bohemiahome.com.au of any damages upon receipt of goods. Please include clear pictures of the damaged goods with notes in your email. 

Handmade Disclaimer
A large portion of BOHEMIA HOME products are handcrafted. Due to this unpredictable process each item may vary in colour, shape, pattern and size. It is very rare to create identical items and part of the charm of receiving a handcrafted item. There may be natural blemishes/variations that are not product flaws. Such variations are inherent in the manufacturing of handmade products, so you may find minor distinctions that make your BOHEMIAN HOME purchase special and truly one-of-a-kind. 
 
Pre Order and Cancellations
Based on the nature of our business, there are times where items can be pre-ordered. If you purchase an item as a pre-order you may change your mind before your item arrives up to 10 days from the date you made the order. A credit note will then be applied. 

Gift Vouchers
All Barefoot BOHEMIA HOME gift vouchers are redeemable for merchandise through our online store only. They are not exchangeable for cash, nor are they transferable.

Sales & Promotions
Very occasionally we may extend a promotion or sale to our customers. Sale prices are strictly applicable to new orders & new invoices only, between the advertised sale dates. Sales will always exclude existing pre-orders, current orders and previous purchases.
